Built for the foil

Pumpfoilytics is the first Garmin Connect IQ app built specifically for pumpfoiling. Detection runs entirely on its own: successful and failed starts, pumps, glides and recovery are all picked up automatically — no fiddling with the watch during your session. Just go pump, and let the watch track every stat that matters.

The watch notices when you pop up and when you stall — no taps mid-run, arms free to drive every pump. A short attempt under 8 seconds or 25 metres logs as a Fail instead of a Run, and your session success rate shows up as a percentage. Paddling between runs? The session pauses by itself — totals only count actual foil time.

Six pump screens to choose from: Dark Zone (the default — big numbers on pure black), XL Heart Rate, XL Speed, XL Distance, XL Time and Classic white.

A live HR-zone arc keeps your current zone in view — green, yellow or red — while you pump.

Between runs, a Recovery carousel flips through every lap of your session — plus a three-page Session Summary at the end.

After the session, Garmin Connect shows your full Pump / Glide / Recovery timeline second by second, plus run time, distance, success rate, longest run, top speed, pump efficiency (metres per stroke) and longest glide. Chest-strap support, HR and speed alerts and an in-app guide are in there too. 45+ supported devices, 11 languages.
